Drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the first round (14th overall) of the 2006 National Hockey League Draft. Traded with Steve
Bernier and a first-round pick in the 2010 Draft (Quinton Howden) to Florida in exchange for Keith Ballard and Victor Oreskovich on
June 25, 2010.
