In it’s fourth year, the Go Commando<br />
event continued its<br />
tradition of growth and success<br />
and remains one of the<br />
premier events in Middle Tennessee.<br />
The mission of the Go<br />
Commando Half Marathon,<br />
10k, 5k Fun Run, is to promote<br />
health and fitness to the community<br />
while honoring our service<br />
members. Aspire funded<br />
advertising and marketing,<br />
along with community sponsorship<br />
and helped garner 2,000<br />
competitors for the Go Commando<br />
half marathon, 10k, 5k<br />
and Fun Run.<br />
Group Tours<br />
The Clarksville-Montgomery County Convention and Visitors Bureau works diligently in sales and marketing<br />
to book large-scale group tour events throughout the year. Each event brings multi-night stays to our hotels<br />
with visitors enjoying local attractions, meals and entertainment. Evenings are filled with concerts and shows,<br />
and tour operators have the ability to customize their itinerary as they choose the attractions or sightseeing<br />
tours that are most appealing to their group. Traditionally groups will visit landmarks including Fort Campbell,<br />
Beachaven Winery, attractions in Historic Downtown Clarksville or Fort Defiance.<br />
