MESSAGE FROM
THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:
It’s rare and refreshing to find a community in which commitment is backed by
measurable actions. As I mark my second fiscal year as Executive Director for Aspire
and the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council, I have an
even greater appreciation for the commitment of business and community leaders
who invest in the Aspire Foundation.
The Aspire Foundation is a vehicle that enables holistic approaches to economic
growth that is only possible thanks to your investments that totaled greater than
$4M in funds raised in the Aspire V Campaign. With a focus on global business,
marketing, tourism and community development, we strengthen the core of our
community and ensure that we are ready and able to support any opportunity.
With a solid foundation, Clarksville-Montgomery County can grow beyond any foreseeable
horizon.
The Foundation and its investors have been instrumental producing tangible improvements
in the local environment for business, industry and our overall quality of
life. Testament to the ongoing success of quality of life initiatives, the median age in
Clarksville-montgomery County is just 30 years old. It’s vitally important that efforts
to improve livability are strategically aimed at this critical population that seeks balance
between earning potential, amenities and cost of living.

Over the past year I have appreciated the opportunity to better engage with our
investors and improve the communication and flow of information. I hope you have
