On 7 November 2012, <strong>AEI</strong> Management received an informal visit by Professor<br />
Edmund Zirra from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany while he was in Kuala Lumpur<br />
attending the Third ASEM University-Business Forum. His visit was in response to an<br />
invitation by Dato’ Mat Amir Jaafar, <strong>AEI</strong> Expert.<br />

H.E. Marc Mullie, the Ambassador of Belgium in Kuala Lumpur;<br />
Madam Liliane Bloem, Deputy Director General, Department of<br />
Coordination and European Affairs; and Ms. Jents Debruyne from<br />
the Belgian Embassy visited <strong>AEI</strong> on 20 November 2012 to pioneer<br />
potential academic and research collaboration between <strong>AEI</strong> and<br />
particular institutions in Belgium.<br />
