We are generally able to offer the following positions: 12 week term-time placement.<br />
This would involve working on a pre-arranged project (agreed between<br />

year. A student during their summer break, working on either manufacturing or<br />
design related projects to support our teams.<br />

As an Excelerate <strong>Graduate</strong> you will work to a structured programme of objectives<br />
for the duration of the four year programme, gaining experience and skills<br />
Role Summaries through a variety of placements, workshops and on-line modules. Your progress<br />
will be tracked every four months to ensure your development is always in sharp<br />
focus.<br />
Requirements: We are looking for graduates with a good Engineering, Construction Management, Building<br />
Services or Quantity Surveying degree who want to build a career with a leading building contractor.<br />
You will be a team player, have fresh ideas and be prepared to challenge us and yourself every step of the<br />
way.<br />
