Tinnelly Construction Ltd is a SME building contractor based in Rostrevor, Co. Down. Formed in 2002, we<br />
operate in Ireland both North and South, England and Wales. The majority of our workload is in new build,<br />
extensions and refurbishment works to retail premises. Some travel may be required.<br />

We are on the lookout for both placement students and graduates who will<br />
contribute to: Preparing and managing project budgets and allowances /<br />
Role Summaries Commercial control of sub-contract packages / Identifying labour and material<br />
requirements and sourcing same / Maintaining working relationships with the<br />
site team and sub-contractors / Preparation and agreement of Final Accounts<br />
Requirements: Have or be working towards a degree in either of the above disciplines. Commercial<br />
awareness and ability to deal with complex projects / Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office,<br />
Project / Experience of estimating packages would be an advantage/ Excellent communication and<br />
negotiating skills/ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills<br />
