and the bend. It is worth noting that not all shanks are<br />
the same. Some hooks have long shanks while some<br />
have short shanks. <strong>The</strong>y each play a role in hooking<br />
up the fish of which effectiveness of the hook-up sometimes<br />
depends on the angle of the hook during the penetration.
