From the majestic forests of the Pacific Northwest comes the
amazing wooden art of the Xenis family. Fashion dolls led way to
storybook dolls which in turn have led to nostalgic Americana in
the form of The Little Tramp who "does his best at everything,
never with success, but always with hope". And with music, too,
because he has an internal music box. The entirely hand-carved and
hand-painted Little Tramp is fully-articulated, and wears artist-made
wool trousers, worn tuxedo jacket, cotton shirt and a silk tie. His
shoes are carved from wood with leather ties in them. He comes
complete with his hat and cane. The Little Tramp is an extremely
