At Maidstone Museum, The Scottish Mask and<br />

Puppet Centre are presenting their fantastic<br />

collection of beautiful and quirky masks and<br />

puppets from all over the world. Not forgetting<br />

our all-time favourites Punch and Judy, this<br />

display will feature Japanese shadow puppets,<br />

commedia dell’arte leather masks and even<br />

Perilous possibility...<br />

This exciting exhibition at the Turner Contemporary,<br />

Margate, will examine risk as an important element<br />

of key artistic moments during the last century. ‘Risk’<br />

will feature works right up to the present day and<br />

will explore the subject through a range of themes<br />

including the relationship between risk and chance, the<br />

landscape of risk and the artist at risk. The exhibition<br />

is open from Tuesday to Sunday 10am-5pm so visit<br />

The iconic Sissinghurst Castle will play host to some<br />

of the best garden, plant and landscape photography<br />

from amateur and professional photographers<br />

across the globe from 16 <strong>January</strong> to 28 February.<br />

These images capture the everlasting appeal of<br />

the garden, and demonstrate the wonder of this<br />

amazing green planet we inhabit. The Sissinghurst<br />

Garden team have been busy growing and drying<br />

hundreds of plants, as well as designing hand-crafted<br />

structures to ensure this will be an exhibition not<br />

the Kent County Showground, Detling on Saturday<br />
