with 4,189 passing yards in 2015, trailing only<br />
NE’s Tom Brady (4,636) and SD’s Philip Rivers<br />
(4,564) in the AFC. Bortles has thrown for 250<br />
yards in a franchise-record-tying five straight games (Mark Brunell from<br />
Nov. 16-Dec. 14, 1997), including three 300-plus-yard performances<br />
(368 in Week 16 at NO; 322 in Week 13 at TEN; 329 in Week 12 vs. SD).<br />
• Bortles’ 4,189 passing yards in 2015 currently rank second all-time<br />
in Jaguars single-season history, trailing only Mark Brunell (4,367) in<br />
1996. Bortles, who is averaging 279.2 passing yards per game, is now<br />
on pace for 4,468 passing yards in 2015. Bortles needs only 179 passing<br />
