GREETING<br />

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,<br />

on the 29th of November 2017 you have the chance to participate <strong>in</strong> the<br />

new sector specific career fair for the subjects chemistry, pharmaceutical<br />

sciences, biology and medic<strong>in</strong>e. The fair will take place on HighTechCampus of<br />

Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München <strong>in</strong> Großhadern/Mart<strong>in</strong>sried <strong>in</strong><br />

cooperation with KFT - Kontaktstelle für Forschungs- und Technologietransfer<br />

of LMU Munich and Bio M .<br />

What makes this event special is the focus on a selection of qualified students<br />

of the subjects chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biology and medic<strong>in</strong>e as<br />

well as the strong connection to LMU Munich.<br />

Apart from the very successful Branchentreff series that BSH has been organiz<strong>in</strong>g<br />

s<strong>in</strong>ce several years at LMU Munich, the new format of <strong>Careers</strong> <strong>in</strong> supplements<br />

the portfolio of target group oriented recruit<strong>in</strong>g events at universities <strong>in</strong><br />

Munich.<br />

The New Concept<br />

of the fair <strong>Careers</strong> <strong>in</strong> Chemie, Pharma,<br />

Biotech und Mediz<strong>in</strong> significantly<br />

differs from other events <strong>in</strong> that sector,<br />

which draw masses of people. The<br />

goal is to <strong>in</strong>itiate contact and to recruite<br />

while focuss<strong>in</strong>g on a specific target<br />

group<br />

Match<strong>in</strong>g<br />

of subjects with sectors of <strong>in</strong>dustry is<br />

achieved by specializ<strong>in</strong>g with<strong>in</strong> one<br />

sector. <strong>Careers</strong> <strong>in</strong> Chemie, Pharma, Biotech<br />

und Mediz<strong>in</strong> is organized focus<strong>in</strong>g<br />

specifically on chosen subjects and<br />

br<strong>in</strong>gs together companies of each respective<br />

sector. Similar to the successful<br />

Branchentreff series, particular emphasis<br />

is laid on specification.<br />

Recruit<strong>in</strong>g with Character<br />

Exclusivity through a limited number of<br />

exhibit<strong>in</strong>g companies: The number of<br />

exhibit<strong>in</strong>g companies per fair is strictly<br />

limited to 30 <strong>in</strong> order to ensure that<br />

LMU Munich. The fair takes place directly<br />

<strong>in</strong> the Campus Charlottenburg<br />

HighTechCampus of LMU Munich <strong>in</strong><br />

The areas are highly frequented due to<br />

the high number of lectures held there<br />

each day. Additionally, the exhibition<br />

places are used particularly for special<br />

occasions and conferences. Thus, due<br />

to their central location, they also deliver<br />

the perfect sett<strong>in</strong>g for <strong>Careers</strong> <strong>in</strong><br />

Chemie, Pharma, Biotech und Mediz<strong>in</strong><br />

and makes it a suitable place of first<br />

encounter between companies and<br />

a bar table, and two chairs.<br />

Delivery: Delivery of your material and<br />

DAY OF THE FAIR<br />

In order to ensure a smooth organization,<br />

possibly occur<strong>in</strong>g critical phases<br />

of the event have to be managed with<br />

care. We assist you to make sure your<br />

day will be stress-free and efficient.<br />

If desired, we will contact your logistics<br />

team <strong>in</strong> order to coord<strong>in</strong>ate the<br />

assembly and therefore to guarantee a<br />

smooth procedure. Moreover, you can<br />

Time Schedule<br />

The fair starts at 12 p.m. and ends at<br />

approximately 6 p.m. Accord<strong>in</strong>gly,<br />

you have enough time to arrive at<br />

and depart from the university and to<br />

conduct <strong>in</strong>terviews and present your<br />

company.<br />

von jeweils EUR 200,00 fällig. Bei Rücktritt<br />

von zusätzlichen Buchungen des Pr<strong>in</strong>t Media<br />

Packages wird nach Druckschluss der volle<br />

Garantierte Messeleistungen:<br />

Unter die garantierten Leistungen der Messen<br />

fallen die Bereitstellung e<strong>in</strong>es Standplatzes mit<br />

zwei mal vier Metern. Die Veranstaltung wird<br />

angemessen beworben.<br />

Standzuweisung:<br />

Die Standzuweisung sowie die Zuweisung der<br />

Stände sowie die InterviewBoxes s<strong>in</strong>d gleichwertig.<br />

E<strong>in</strong> Unternehmen hat durch die Buchung<br />

ke<strong>in</strong> Anrecht auf e<strong>in</strong>en bestimmten Messeplatz.<br />

Zahlungsbed<strong>in</strong>gungen:<br />

Das Zahlungsziel ist 60 Tage nach Zugang der<br />

Rechnung. Der Rechnungsbetrag ist ohne<br />

Abzüge fällig und richtet sich nach der jeweiligen<br />

Buchungskategorie. Bei nicht fristgemäßer<br />

Zahlung behält sich der Aussteller e<strong>in</strong>en<br />

Ausschluss von der Messe vor.<br />

Verhalten auf der Messe:<br />

Das Unternehmen beachtet die geltenden<br />

Sicherheits- und Brandschutzbestimmungen<br />
