SETON HEALTH TO HELP UNINSURED<br />
CAPITAL REGION RESIDENTS<br />
Amid the nationwide recession, more local workers<br />
suddenly find themselves unemployed <strong>and</strong> without<br />
essential health insurance coverage. Fidelis Care, the New<br />
York State Catholic Health Plan, began partnering with<br />
Seton Health earlier this year to offer free or low-cost<br />
health insurance for its patients eligible for New York<br />
State’s Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, <strong>and</strong> Medicaid<br />
programs. To date, Fidelis Care representatives have<br />
enrolled more than 90 members through St. Mary’s<br />
Hospital since last August.<br />

care that leaves no child behind.”<br />
Fidelis Care representatives are now on site at the<br />
