Credit system
Multi Service is specialised in the processing of transaction data. Multi Service chooses
the most advantageous method of payment. In Germany there are two payment options:
the electronic device, a so-called OBU, or the manual bookings at a terminal with the
Multi Service card. Together with you we determine the best payment solution.
The Multi Service card can also be used for RoLa travel charges, ferry crossings and payment
of the Great Saint Bernard tunnel. In addition the Multi Service card is accepted for payment
of Swiss, Austrian and Czech toll roads and the purchase of Eurovignettes.
Application procedure
The application form for the OBU’s and Multi Service card(s) can be found on our website.
If you do not use the internet, we will be happy to send you the form. When you return the
signed form to us, we will carry out further processing. After approximately one week
you will receive the requested card(s).
Theft/loss
It is imperative to report theft or loss immediately to Multi Service. You have the ability to do
so 24 hours a day. All we need is your box number and customer number by fax or email.
Please also mention if you would like to receive a replacement.
To cancel/to extend
The Multi Service card has a validity of 24 months and will be automatically renewed for the
same period. All you have to do for cancellation is to provide us with your card number and
customer number by fax or email. It is also required to return the card(s) to Multi Service.

Costs per Multi Service card per year € 6.81
