Credit system<br />
Ferry crossings can be paid for with the <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong> card. <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong> has chosen<br />
Transcamion as a booking partner, to ensure our customers benefi t from favourable prices.<br />
The <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong> card can be used for Austrian, Swiss, German and Czech <strong>toll</strong> <strong>roads</strong> and the<br />
purchase of Eurovignettes. In addition the card is also accepted for RoLa travel charges and<br />
the payment of Great Saint Bernard tunnel.<br />
Application procedure<br />
The application form for the <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong> card(s) can be found on our website. If you do not<br />
use the internet, we will gladly send you the form. When you return the signed form to us,<br />
we will carry out further processing. After approximately one week you will receive the<br />
requested card(s).<br />
Ferry charges<br />
For inquiries concerning ferry rates and/or make reservations for these European crossings,<br />
please go directly to our partner’s website Transcamion at www.transcamion.com.<br />
Theft/loss<br />
It is crucial to report theft or loss of card(s) immediately to <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong>. You can give us your<br />
card number and customer number 24 hours a day by fax or email. Please also mention if you<br />
would like to receive a replacement card.<br />
To cancel/to extend<br />
The <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong> card is valid for 24 months and will be automatically renewed. Cancellation<br />
before renewal is possible by giving your card number and customer number by fax or email.<br />
You must also return the card(s) to <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong>.<br />
