Credit system<br />
<strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong> is specialised in the processing of transaction data. <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong> chooses<br />
the best method of payment, wich will give you the highest discounts. In Italy this is the<br />
Viacard, together with an electronic device, the Telepass. The Viacard is the local <strong>toll</strong> card<br />
of Autostrade for payment on the Italian <strong>toll</strong> <strong>roads</strong>. The Telepass is a supplement to the<br />
Viacard and useful on almost all Italian <strong>toll</strong> ways. This electronic device makes non-stop<br />
travelling through Italy possible and waiting times are avoided by using the special lanes<br />
at the general <strong>toll</strong> portals.<br />
Application procedure<br />
The application form for the card(s) and the Telepass(es) can be found on our website.<br />
If you do not use the internet, we will be happy to send you the form. When you return the<br />
signed form to us, we will carry out further processing. After approximately four weeks<br />
you will receive the requested Viacard(s) and/or theTelepass(es). Please note that the<br />
Telepass(es) can only be obtained by Viacard holders and are linked to a fixed licence plate.<br />
Theft/loss<br />
It is crucial to report theft or loss of the card(s) and/or box(es) immediately to <strong>Multi</strong><br />
<strong>Service</strong>. You have the ability to do so 24 hours a day. All we need is your Viacard number<br />
and customer number by fax or email. Please also mention if you would like to receive<br />
a replacement.<br />
For blockage of the Viacard and/or Telepass, Autostrade insists on getting a police report.<br />
Without this official document it is not possible to block the card(s) or/and the box(es)<br />
and obtain a replacement of either one. As a result costs will continue to be charged.<br />
To cancel/to extend<br />
Viacard The Viacard is valid indefinitely. It is possible to cancel the card(s) by giving your<br />
card number and customer number by fax or email. You have the ability to do so 24 hours<br />
a day. It is also required to return the card(s) to <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong>.<br />
Telepass The Telepass is also valid indefinitely and remains property of Autostrade.<br />
You will be charged a monthly rental fee and this will discontinue as soon as the box<br />
is returned.<br />

All <strong>toll</strong> payments include 20% Italian VAT. <strong>Multi</strong> <strong>Service</strong> provides you with the necessary<br />
invoices, which can be used to claim the Italian VAT or you can send these invoices directly<br />
to the company who claims your VAT-returns.<br />
