The amount and quality of snow that Scotland gets is some of the best in the world. Having Mountain ranges and
plenty of cold water recourses surrounding the country also make Scotland an ideal location.
Like in the Olympics, different countries will host the event each time so all of the world can be fairly represented
and celebrated. However, a country must be able to prove that it has the natural resources to host these sports
as many of them depend on icy cold weather, frozen water, snow and big mountains.
The first winter Heroes Extreme World Championships will take place in the highlands of Scotland in 2023. Scotland’s
five winter sports centres Cairngorm, Glenshee, Glencoe, The Lecht, and The Nevis Range, offer fantastic
opportunities for a variety of winter sports. There are also great facilities both on-site and in nearby villages.
After this, countries can enter a bid to get an opportunity to host the next winter Heroes Extreme World Championships.
An special winter version of the Infinity Light Arena will be built. However due to the nature of many these sports,
multiple covered and heated stadium seating around the event sites will be built.
The winter Heroes Extreme Sport World Championships also be about promoting green and sustainable energy.
All powered vehicles will use eco electric engage and the new “Solar Roadways” technology will also be utilized
just like in the summer event.
This technology will turn all pathways, surfaces, roads, and even competition areas into solar panels that not only
collect and convert the sun’s energy but will change colour and design on demand for every purpose. These solar
panels have LED lights within them that can work in unison to change into whatever pattern or design needed as
well as generate air conditioning to keep everyone warm and use interactive smart technology for fun and for

The opening ceremony will also be very spectacular with special affects and award winning performers to create
an unforgettable experience. A special set of winter versions for the metals will also be created for the event.
The theme that everyone can be a hero will continue on as it did from the summer events and incorporate its
own huge comic, film and entertainment convention alongside with the excitement of the sporting events. Expect
special winter themed extras like an ice skating rink, snow men building contests, ice sculptures, a Christmas
market and more.
