Registration forms must be received by April 1, 2016. Convention materials will not<br />

be mailed, but can be picked up at the OAH registration counter at the Rhode Island<br />

Convention Center. All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.<br />

Requests postmarked or e-mailed on or before April 1, 2016, will receive a refund less a<br />

$45.00 processing fee. No refunds will be available after the April 1, 2016, deadline.<br />
