About our classes<br />

As Stirling’s largest gym, health and <strong>fitness</strong> provider<br />

we’ve got over 200 classes to choose from each week<br />

at 6 main venues including The PEAK, Forthbank, Raploch<br />

Community Campus, Stirling, Wallace and Bannockburn<br />

High Schools and over 20 community venues across<br />

Stirling. With classes for all levels including the world<br />

class LES MILLS programmes, Yoga, Aqua and Velocity,<br />
