SECTION 10 REPEAL OF PRIOR ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS<br />
All ordinances or resolutions hereinbefore adopted by the County Board inconsistent with the<br />
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.<br />
SECTION 11 CONSTITUTIONAL VALIDITY<br />
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to<br />
be unconstitutional, it is the intent of the County Board that such decision shall not affect the<br />
remaining portions of this ordinance.<br />
The Marinette County Board of Supervisors hereby declares that it would have passed this<br />
ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact<br />
that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases may be declared<br />
unconstitutional or invalid.<br />
SECTION 12. EFFECTIVE DATE<br />
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon passage and publication.<br />
