3.2.1.4. Assessment of Complaints Handling Indicator<br />
The Commission received and assessed quarterly reports on complaints handling from<br />
public institutions during the reporting period. A total of 233 public institutions submitted<br />
all their four quarterly reports, which were subsequently assessed and certified based on<br />
their levels of compliance. On the other hand, 100 institutions failed to fully comply with<br />
the guidelines and were therefore not issued with certificates.<br />

effectiveness of service delivery by these institutions greatly impacts on socioeconomic<br />
