Our Bespoke Stone Centre in<br />
West London opens up a world<br />
of possibilities when it comes to<br />
putting your own unique stamp on<br />
a project. Our team of experienced<br />
stonemasons are ready to produce<br />
whatever you need, whether that’s<br />
a new pier cap to match some<br />
existing Victorian masonry or an<br />
extensive and intricate bespoke<br />
paving feature. Lead-in times<br />
average just four to six weeks, so<br />
you won’t be waiting long to take<br />
delivery of that unique piece of<br />
stonemasonry.<br />
At the centre of our bespoke<br />
stone operation is an eleven-strong<br />
team with a wealth of practical<br />
experience and a genuine passion<br />
for their work. Our stonemasons<br />
have a range of different skills from<br />
creating complex 3D programs<br />
for automated cutting on the CNC<br />
(computer numerical control)<br />
machinery, to hand dressing and<br />
polishing, all of which combine to<br />
provide you with bespoke stone<br />
which is cut and finished exactly to<br />
your specifications.<br />
We’re happy to work<br />
from templates you create,<br />
or alternatively you can take<br />
advantage of our new Laser<br />
Templating service. Our estimator<br />
will visit your site, measure the<br />
required area with the laser<br />
equipment, map the contours onto<br />
a computer and then translate the<br />
information into a stone-cutting<br />
programme for our CNC machine.<br />
It takes the headache out of<br />
measuring a complex plot and<br />
ensures an accurate cut so that<br />
your bespoke stonemasonry fits<br />
perfectly.<br />
A full range of cutting options<br />
is available on our state-of-theart<br />
equipment, from straight and<br />
radius cutting to calibrating and<br />
core drilling. Curved cuts, holes<br />
drilled for spotlights and railing<br />
installation, safety features such<br />
as hazard strips and tactile paving,<br />
and special surface finishes such<br />
as sandblasting and honing are<br />
standard services, giving you<br />
complete control over your design.<br />
From beginning to end, your<br />
order is carefully processed by our<br />
team. After cutting and finishing<br />
work is completed, all bespoke<br />
items are painstakingly qualitychecked,<br />
with complex designs<br />
being laid out on the floor so that<br />
they can be clearly labelled to<br />
save time on site. Close attention<br />
to detail is paid every step of the<br />
way, from picking the raw material<br />
to packing up the finished item,<br />
to make sure that your bespoke<br />
stone is the high quality product<br />
you expect it to be.<br />
