Das BLUEFLEX ® System ist ein extra entwickeltes Rahmen-
System für Einlegeformen zur Fertigung von Hohlfiguren. Es
zeichnet sich durch einfache Handhabung, hohe Prozess-Sicherheit,
Langlebigkeit und niedrige Gesamtkosten aus.
Wie auch die SE-Schleuderformen hat der BLUEFLEX ® Rahmen
ebenfalls einen Metallwinkel. Der Winkel sorgt für einen festen
Halt auf den Magneten der Schleudermaschine. Er befindet sich
entweder auf der Längsseite (UR-0108) oder auf der Schmalseite
des BLUEFLEX ® Rahmens (UR-0110).

The BLUEFLEX ® System is an especially developped frame system
for insert moulds to produce hollow figures. Its main characteristics
are simple handling, high process reliability, durability and cost
efficiency.
BLUEFLEX ® frames as well as SE-Spinning moulds are equipped with
a metal angle piece. The angle piece ensures a firm grip on the magnets
of the spinning machine. It is located either on the long side
(UR-0108) or on the short side of the BLUEFLEX ® frame (UR-0110).
In our following standard range you will find many items which
are also available in our HB-flood-fill moulds segment.
In addition, we would be happy to create your customised and
exclusive insert mould.
