Performance Measures/Accomplishments<br />

New work order system will assist in additional opportunities to benchmark against other regional K–12<br />

systems, and other facilities best practices.<br />

Monitoring of HVAC alarms and system messages regarding system performance.<br />

In conjunction with Energy Maintenance Program in-house team members periodically review energy<br />

and water/sewage use to identify mechanical system performance.<br />

Yearly surveys of building comfort, tracking of work order response times, and other issues.<br />

Monitoring of facility condition through Fire, MABE, and PSCP and internal inspections.<br />

Review of Gallup and other employee surveys to measure the engagement of the workforce.<br />
