2013/2014 Annual Report

Tackling Asthma saw 22 companies pledging to beat asthma by donating $2 per tackle laid by
the Western Force. The Western Force had a formidable season and the campaign raised a total
of $65,793 for the Foundation. To kick off the season, all companies were invited to a cocktail
function for an exclusive player’s tour at the impressive state of the art facilities at the Rugby WA
Headquarters. The end of season appreciation function culminated in a three course dinner at
The Old Brewery. I would like to pass on my appreciation to the Western Force and in particular
Rachel Cook and Kieran Longbottom as our 2014 ambassador.

program, providing more opportunities

develop ground breaking research here

Being aligned with an organisation of the calibre and status of Telethon
is an honour.
Our successes this year have provided a great impetus for 2014/15 and
we look forward to building on our achievements once again.
