DEALER SUPPORT
In the interest of safe towing, Draw-Tite ® , Hidden Hitch ® , and
Reese ® offer this Dealer Installation Indemnification Program. We’re
committed to designing and building the industry’s highest quality
trailer hitches and towing accessories. We also back our equipment
with an extraordinary level of support for our customers. Once
enrolled in the Dealer Installation Indemnification Program, when
you sell and properly install complete Draw-Tite ® , Hidden Hitch ® , or
Reese ® applicable products according to written instructions and
provide your customers with the required information for safe and
proper towing, you are indemnified on any claim over USD $2,000
arising from your installation of Cequent branded products. (For
conditions and limitation see Dealer Agreement.)
INDEPENDENT OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE CEQUENT PERFORMANCE
PRODUCTS, INC LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY REMAINS IN EFFECT
WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT CLAIMS.

DEALER BENEFITS
What you receive is the potential of significant cost savings by
reducing your installation liability coverage for Cequent branded
products. We design and build safety into everything we produce,
so we have the confidence to back Cequent branded products with
this comprehensive program. Therefore you’ll be able to serve your
customers with a new level of confidence, knowing Cequent backs
your work. However, Cequent recommends you determine your base
liability coverage requirements with your local insurance professional.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the Dealer Installation Indemnification Program, you
must be a qualified Draw-Tite ® , Hidden Hitch ® or Reese ® Installer. If
you install other manufacturers’ products, you will need to maintain
liability insurance to cover non Cequent branded products.
PROGRAM COST
There is no charge to the participating Dealer.
