We are celebrating 500 years of Klosterbräu –
a week full of magical moments with you
from september 18th to 25th 2016
Each day of the week is dedicated to one specific era of Klosterbräu’s history. Music, arts and the entertainment program, as well as food
and drink offers will match the respective periods. Furthermore, many surprises regarding different dinner locations will await you. Here
a brief overview of the particular “once-in-a-century“ events.
Sunday, 18.09.
Era 1 anno 1386 – The miracle of the host of Seefeld and Knight Oswald: We‘ll tell you more about Seefeld‘s miracle
of the host and why the former monastery of Seefeld was founded.

We set off to a journey through the monastery‘s histories
and move back to the 13th century when the miracle
of the host happened in Seefeld. Maximilian I, Holy
Roman Emperor, built the monastery for travelling pilgrims
back then and so laid the foundation for Klosterbräu. Celebrate
a 500 years old story with us and follow us on a seven-day time
travel adventure through seven centuries.

Monday, 19.09.
Era 2 anno 1516 – Maximilian I, Holy Roman Emperor, called the last knight, founder of the Abbey of Sevelt: This day
will be dedicated to the abbey‘s founder and you are definitely going to feel royal. You might want to spend the day
with the Seyrling family to visit Maximilian‘s magnificent buildings in Innsbruck. In the evening we‘ll treat you like
kings and queens in the setting of one of the monastery‘s beautiful corridors on the first floor.
Tuesday, 20.09.
Era 3 16th and 18th century – the life of the Augustinian:The old monastery in Seefeld reawakes and you‘ll get the
chance to spend one whole day within its old walls to experience what living in an abbey was like. Apart from this,
we‘ll teach you the art of meditation and together we‘ll try to find our inner-selves. On this day you‘ll get enough time
and opportunities to relax in our Spiritual SPA where you‘ll be able to lay back and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere
of candle lights.
Wednesday, 21.9.
Secularisation of the monastery and transfer of the ownership to the Seyrling family - back then your host‘s ancestors
came to the abbey and slowly turned it from a monastery to a luxurious five-star hotel. We‘ll start the day by going
for a relaxing walk and having breakfast in a beautiful outdoor mountain scenery. This day will be dedicated to Bubi
and Sigi Seyrling and the great achievements they‘ve made for the hotel. Dinner is going to be served in the abbey‘s
beautiful courtyard. We promise, you are going to be surprised.
Thursday, 22.9.
On this day everybody is going to feel like a victor when we‘ll stage the Olympic Games for you. We are for sure going
to have a lot of fun! Dinner will be served in a nearby restaurant, the Sportalm, whose owner Charles is an uncle to
the family.
Friday, 23. 9.
Six generations of Seyrling family and Tyrolian traditions:Visit a Tyrolean farmers‘ market, produce your own candles
and learn how to make cheese and beer from scratch – together we‘ll have a great Thanksgiving celebration including
a BBQ on the village square.
Saturday, 24. 9.
The nightlife of the legendary in-hotel club “Kanne” - future strategy and vision for 500 years and more: We’ll show
you our plans for the future and let you feel our motto “YOUNIQUE”. As our journey through the different eras is
coming to an end, we will be having a big celebration in the evening, including the week’s highlight.

The small print
Every double room at an anniversary
price of Euro 100,-- per person and night,
furthermore every double room “Royal”
and every suite at a price of Euro 150,--.
Children from 0-6 years old are free, if
they are staying in their parents room,
including the flat-rate for the event, from
7-16 50% off on everything mentioned
above; dogs are welcome and free of
charge, but can not participate in the
week’s schedule.
The Event Package can only be booked
for the whole week.
