■■1) Open Handles, Place Blade on Top of Steel Drum So That Pivot is on Outside,
Below Lip of Drum, Close Handles.
■■2) Pry Down So Point of Blade Pierces Lid. If Needed, While Prying Down, Strike
Back of Blade with Hammer.
■■3) Lift Handle Slightly, Slide Deheader Forward, Pry Downwards to Cut Lid Further.
