Fruity Coleslaw<br />
Preparation time: 15 min.<br />
Ingredients for 2-3 people:<br />
• 200 g white cabbage<br />
• 1 tsp salt<br />
• 1 mango<br />
• 1 red pepper<br />
• 150 ml fresh orange juice<br />
• 2 tbsp olive oil (± 30 ml)<br />
• 2 tbsp honey (± 30 ml)<br />
• 1 tbsp mustard (± 15 ml)<br />
• 2 tbsp water (± 30 ml)<br />
• ½ tsp salt (± 2 ml)<br />
• Basil leaves, chopped<br />
• 1 spring onions<br />
1. Slice the white cabbage using<br />
the MandoChef (0-1 / ).<br />
2. Then mix with 1 tsp salt and knead<br />
the mixture, allowing it to sweat<br />
and to soften. Peel the mango, cut<br />
the flesh off the stone, then slice<br />
using the MandoChef (4-6 / ).<br />
Slice the red pepper into rings.<br />
3. Using the EZ Shaker 600 ml,<br />
mix the orange juice, olive oil,<br />
honey, mustard, water and salt.<br />
4. Combine all the previously<br />
prepared ingredients, add the<br />
chopped basil.<br />
5. Before serving, chop the spring<br />
onions into rings and sprinkle<br />
on the salad.<br />
