Apple Rose Tupcakes<br />

Preparation time: 30 min.<br />

Cooking time: 3 min at 600 watts<br />

30 min. in preheated oven, 190°C<br />

Ingredients for 6 roses:<br />

• 1 big red apple<br />

• 1 puff pastry<br />

• 3 tbsp jam<br />

• 2 tbsp granulated sugar<br />

• Ground cinnamon<br />

• ½ lemon juice<br />

1. Preheat the oven to 190° C / Th 6-7.<br />

2. Cut the apples in half and<br />

core them. Slice both half using<br />

the MandoChef (2 / ).<br />

3. Place the slices into the<br />

Microcook Pitcher 1 L, add the lemon<br />

juice and water, then microwave<br />

for approx. 3 min. at 600W.<br />

4. Pour the slices into a colander<br />

and allow to drain.<br />

5. Roll out the puff pastry and slice it<br />

into 6 stripes. Coat it with jam and lay<br />

the apple flakes on the top. Powder<br />

with sugar and cinnamon and fold up<br />

the bottom part of the dough.<br />

The apples should still be visible.<br />

6. Roll them up and put the roses into<br />

the Silicone Form Tupcakes. Bake for<br />

about 30 min. until golden brown, then<br />

unmold the apple roses. Sprinkle with<br />

powdered sugar.<br />
