<strong>Summer</strong> Heat Cooking on a hot day doesn’t sound like much fun. Healthy steamed meals from the microwave are the perfect solution. Food never comes in contact with the micro waves. Cod Fillet with Tomato and Sesame Preparation time: 15 min. Marinating time: 15 min Cooking time: 12 min. at 600 watts + 10 min. standing time Ingredients for 4 people: • 500 g cod fillet • Salt pepper • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 500 g small tomatoes • 4 spring onions • 1 garlic clove • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp honey • 1 tbsp sesame oil • 2 tsp sesame seeds 1. Rinse the cod, gently pat it dry and cut it into pieces. Season it with salt, pepper and lemon juice. 2. Cut the tomatoes in half, cut the spring onion into pieces and mix with the fish. 3. Mix the crushed garlic clove, the soy sauce, the honey and the sesame oil. Pour onto the fish and vegetables and allow to marinate for 15 min. 4. Pour 400 ml of water into the water tray of the MicroGourmet. Place the fish and the vegetables into the Steamer Base. Cover and cook for 12 min. at 600 watts. Allow to stand for 10 min. 5. Meanwhile, fry the sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat. After the standing time, arrange the vegetables and the fish on the plate and sprinkle with the sesame seeds before serving. Tip: Drizzle with a little soy sauce before serving. MicroGourmet 65
