Olive and Feta Tortilla<br />

Preparation time: 10 min.<br />

Microwave: 6 min. at 400 watts<br />

Standing time: 3 min.<br />

Ingredients for 1-2 people:<br />

• 200 g boiled potatoes<br />

• 40 g feta cheese<br />

• 1 tbsp black olives<br />

• 2 eggs<br />

• 40 ml milk<br />

• 1 tsp finely chopped fresh herbs<br />

(such as parsley, oregano or chives)<br />

• 1 pinch of paprika<br />

• Salt and pepper<br />

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them in slices<br />

and put them in the Micro Delight.<br />

2. Grate the feta cheese and coarsely<br />

chop the olives. Add the feta cheese<br />

and the olives to the potatoes.<br />

3. Whisk together the eggs, milk<br />

and herbs, season with salt, pepper<br />

and paprika, then pour over<br />

the potato mixture.<br />

4. Cover the Micro Delight<br />

and microwave for approx.<br />

6 min at 400 watts.<br />

5. Allow to stand for 3 min.<br />

Unmold the tortilla omelette<br />

and cut diagonally.<br />

Tip: Serve with a cucumber salad<br />

as side-dish. You can season<br />

the tortilla with chopped herbs<br />

and spring onions.<br />
