Cod Fillet with Tomato and Sesame<br />

Preparation time: 15 min.<br />

Marinating time: 15 min<br />

Cooking time: 12 min. at 600 watts<br />

+ 10 min. standing time<br />

Ingredients for 4 people:<br />

• 500 g cod fillet<br />

• Salt pepper<br />

• 1 tbsp lemon juice<br />

• 500 g small tomatoes<br />

• 4 spring onions<br />

• 1 garlic clove<br />

• 3 tbsp soy sauce<br />

• 1 tsp honey<br />

• 1 tbsp sesame oil<br />

• 2 tsp sesame seeds<br />

1. Rinse the cod, gently pat it dry and<br />

cut it into pieces. Season it with salt,<br />

pepper and lemon juice.<br />

2. Cut the tomatoes in half, cut the<br />

spring onion into pieces and mix<br />

with the fish.<br />

3. Mix the crushed garlic clove,<br />

the soy sauce, the honey and<br />

the sesame oil. Pour onto the fish<br />

and vegetables and allow<br />

to marinate for 15 min.<br />

4. Pour 400 ml of water into the<br />

water tray of the MicroGourmet.<br />

Place the fish and the vegetables<br />

into the Steamer Base. Cover and<br />

cook for 12 min. at 600 watts.<br />

Allow to stand for 10 min.<br />

5. Meanwhile, fry the sesame seeds<br />

in a frying pan without fat. After the<br />

standing time, arrange the vegetables<br />

and the fish on the plate and sprinkle<br />

with the sesame seeds before serving.<br />

Tip: Drizzle with a little soy sauce<br />

before serving.<br />
