Pre Ramadan Celebration<br />

The holy month of Ramadan is traditionally greeted worldwide with what has become known as Sayuban<br />
Ramadan. Young and old get together to share a meal, welcoming the most blessed month of the Islamic<br />
year. At <strong>Al</strong> <strong>Amanah</strong> <strong>College</strong> the matter is not any different. On Friday 3 rd June, students and teachers<br />
welcomed the month by sharing a breakfast meal together, participating in a number of activities and<br />
enjoying listening to an informative lesson about Ramadan. Students were encouraged to bring their own<br />
vegetarian cultural dish to the celebration, promoting diversity amongst our community.<br />
