A WORLD OF
OPPORTUNITY
FOR LOCAL PUPILS
St John’s School, Sidmouth is part of a wider
group of IES schools, providing our pupils with
the opportunity to experience different cultures
whilst continuing with their education in a ‘home
from home’ environment.
Our pupils are encouraged to travel to our
sister schools, either as part of an organised
exchange or to stay longer and study for a term,
or more, at another school. Pupils also have the
opportunity of taking part in InterSEK, an annual
sporting and cultural competition, which took
place this year in Ecuador.
Over the years, St John’s students from Year 4 up
have been able to visit and study in South Africa,
Florida, Hungary, Spain and South America.
