Brown spent one full season at Cal in 2014 before<br />

leaving the program in September of 2015 without<br />

seeing any action after redshirting as a 2014 true<br />

freshman. Brown was listed as the No. 1 recruit in<br />

Cal’s 2014 class according to Athlon after earning All-American honors<br />

as a 2013 prep senior and playing in the prestigious Semper Fidelis All-<br />

American Bowl. Brown compiled 1,168 yards receiving and nine touchdown<br />

catches as well as 12 TD’s overall as a prep, while totaling 1,881<br />

all-purpose yards. He was a five-star recruit according to PrepStar SoCal.<br />

Spent one full season with Cal football in 2014 before leaving the<br />

Coprich spent four seasons at Cal before graduating<br />

in December of 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in legal<br />

studies and later announcing in March of 2016 that he<br />

would finish his collegiate career as a graduate transfer<br />

at East Carolina. Coprich played in 17 games off the bench at Cal with all of<br />

his action coming during his 2013 redshirt freshman and 2015 sophomore<br />

campaigns while he missed two seasons in 2012 and 2014 due to injury.<br />

He finished his Cal career with 205 yards rushing and two scores on the<br />

ground over 54 carries while adding nine receptions for 74 yards for a total<br />

of 279 all-purpose yards. He also had four tackles and one forced fumble<br />

on special teams. In addition, Coprich was an inspiring story off the field<br />

highlighted by his selection to the 2014 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team®<br />

and earning the team’s Ted Agu Award given to a player demonstrating a<br />

commitment to community service as a 2015 sophomore.<br />

program, with all of his action coming during his 2013 redshirt freshman<br />

One of Cal’s most active participants in community service who was<br />

especially inspired by a tragedy during his childhood on his third birthday<br />

in 1996 when his seven-year-old sister, Essence, lost her life in a<br />

car accident that he survived<br />

Shortly after his sister’s passing along with help from his family<br />

founded the Essence K. Coprich Book Club in honor of Essence that<br />

was started in conjunction with the I Am Foundation (iamfoundation.<br />

org) at 116th Elementary School in the Watts area of Los Angeles<br />

Has had the story of his efforts with the Essence K. Coprich Book Club<br />

told by multiple media outlets<br />

Has dedicated his entire football playing career to his grandmother<br />

Hattie B. Jeter-Coprich (dad’s mother) who is in a fight against breast<br />

cancer with the hope that she will be able to see him play in person<br />
