DIRECTOR
Dominic has a wealth of knowledge and
experience in all disciplines after working in the
engineering industry for over 35 years.
With extensive technical experience at
director level, Dominic has been responsible
for managing and developing diverse
multidisciplinary projects throughout the United
Kingdom and internationally.
His professional integrity has allowed him to
plan and design complex jobs in aviation,
commercial, industrial, retail, health and
defence sectors. He specialises in technical
building services design and has managed
multidiscipline projects with an emphasis on low
energy and sustainable solutions.
The high calibre of Dominic’s expertise
spanning a wide range of sectors which
enhances our delivery of cutting edge,
innovative and sustainable designs.
The fast-paced and ever changing fit-out sector
allows Dominic to make full use of his project
management expertise to ensure projects run
smoothly and are completed successfuly to the

iconic hotel. Restaurants include:
Amici - Italian Restaurant
A chic restaurant with a wood fired oven
and elegant terrace outside overlooking
the F1 Racing Circuit.
Angar - Indian Restaurant
A unique and modern restaurant features
a circular open kitchen and the option of
an outdoor terrace.
Atayeb Arabic - Mediterranean
Restaurant
Ornate and beautifully furnished,
serving Moroccan, Tunisian, Lebanese
and Syrian old world tastes and with a
modern flair.
Kazu - Japanese Restaurant
Featuring a sushi and sashimi bar,
a tempura station and a terrace
overlooking the F1 Racing Circuit.
Noodle Box - Chinese Restaurant
Contemporary South East Asian cuisine.
Its external terrace gives the best views of
the Yas Marina circuit.
Nautilus - Seafood Restaurant
A bright and modern dining experience
with unique live fish tanks and amazing
views of the marina.
Origins - International Restaurant
One of the best international buffets in
Abu Dhabi. Patrons can dine indoors or

Restaurant MEP design and fit-out of one
of the best Chinese restaurants in Dubai,
situated within the Jumeirah Emirates
Towers Hotel.
This 1,500m 2 fit-out included one of the
highest capacity kitchens we have come
across and required a number of groundbreaking
technologies to realise.
Hakkasan Dubai is an award-winning
independent restaurant where exquisite
food and modern, authentic decor
combine to create a unique dining
experience. The 152 seat restaurant can
accommodate an additional 88 guests
on its stunning outside terrace. Private
VIP areas and the Ling-Ling lounge cater
for a more casual retreat.
