Group Work
Some courses may require you to work on group projects and deliver
presentations. These are great opportunities to get to know your classmates
and get comfortable contributing to group discussions. The more practice you
get working in a group, the more prepared you’ll be for the workplace.
Academic Integrity
At UWaterloo, you will be expected to demonstrate the highest standard
of academic integrity in your studies, teaching and research. The Office of
Academic Integrity lists several resources on campus to help you achieve
academic integrity in–and out of–the classroom. They also outline UWaterloo’s
policy for students and faculty, including why academic integrity is important
and how you can avoid academic misconduct.
