movable modules that can be purposed for<br />
residential, commercial, or communal use, <strong>and</strong><br />
updated, components repaired <strong>and</strong> interchanged, in<br />
the course of time to weather change <strong>and</strong> maximize<br />
the building's usable lifespan<br />
