Available for use when the McCoy or Charles Common<br />

monitors are on duty (Monday – Friday: 12:00 noon<br />

– 2:00 am and 10:00 am – 2:00 am on weekends).<br />

This room can be used for meetings and conferences,<br />

group study and TV or video viewing. Offers tables,<br />

chairs, a TV and a DVD player.<br />

Music Room<br />

McCoy Terrace and Charles Commons: 3rd<br />

Floor of Charles Street Tower<br />

Available for use when the McCoy or Charles Commons<br />

monitors are on duty (Monday – Friday: 12:00 noon –<br />

2:00 am and 10:00 am – 2:00 am on weekends).<br />

Each room contains a piano, bench and chairs.<br />

There is a two hour maximum per day and students<br />

may not sign up in advance, but they may schedule<br />

time with the monitor on the day they wish to use the<br />

music room.<br />

Phone Access System<br />

Each floor of Wolman, McCoy, Rogers House<br />

and Charles Commons<br />

Intercampus phones are available in the common<br />

lounges of Charles Commons, and elevator lobbies in<br />

Wolman and McCoy. These phones can also be used<br />

to contact Security by pushing the red button.<br />

Emergency phones are found on each floor of Rogers<br />

House.<br />

Commons<br />

Building exteriors and common areas are patrolled by<br />

a uniformed campus security officer 24 hours a day,<br />

7 days a week.<br />

Student Radio Station<br />

McCoy Terrace<br />

Used by students working for WJHU.<br />

Study Lounge<br />

Located on the Terrace level of Wolman and<br />

McCoy floors 3 – 6<br />

These rooms offer tables and chairs for study groups<br />

and are available 24 hours a day.<br />

Trunk Room<br />

Wolman Terrace and each floor of McCoy and<br />

Charles Commons<br />

To store luggage in a trunk room, residents can see their<br />

RA for assistance. If the RA is unavailable, residents<br />

can sign out a key from the McCoy Residential Life<br />

Office.<br />
