students in August 2017<br />
and 37 luxury<br />

Mick Drive Parking<br />
Garage opening January<br />
2017. The garage will<br />
provide more parking<br />
for residents and retail<br />
customers with over<br />
900 parking spaces.<br />

Expected August 2018,<br />
this project will be<br />
home to over 550<br />
students and 20 luxury<br />
apartments in December<br />
2018. A4 will also face<br />
the park and include<br />
several shopping and<br />
dining options to choose<br />
