A Continued Certificate of Occupancy (CCO) or Transfer<br />

of Title is required for all houses sold or purchased in<br />

Glassboro before you go to settlement. The forms can<br />

be found at www.Glassboroonline.com under Health<br />

and Housing. Construction permits issued for the said<br />

property will be verified at the time of the inspection to<br />

make sure they were closed out. To check for open<br />

permits prior to selling call the Construction Office at<br />
