Staying Relevant...On Purpose
Esplanade
The cyclical nature of women’s lives means that we are constantly going through a series of transitions
physically and mentally. Yet while we now live stronger and healthier lives, and more and more women are
embracing transition, aging still carries negative connotations. Why do we need to look young to feel good?
Why not learn to embrace who we are? Rather than focusing on the appearance aspect of aging, this session
will explore how we can stay relevant and not lose sight of who we really are on the inside. Our panel will
discuss how we can seize the opportunities throughout our lives to be living our lives “on purpose”.
Participants will walk away with ideas on how to ensure that we never lose sight of what has meaning and
purpose for us, and stay relevant and authentic throughout our life.
