Juliann Nichols<br />
CEO, Focus On YOU Strategy<br />
Many words describe Juliann Nichols: connector, mentor, catalyst, designer, rainmaker, business<br />
strategist, the sales closer. She is a serial entrepreneur having been a disc jockey, private<br />
investigator and handbag designer. Her reputation as a well-respected, trusted and highly valued<br />
advisor to countless businesses is no accident. Despite the title or job description, Nichols walks<br />
her talk by cultivating a personal brand that demonstrates who she is, no matter what she’s doing.<br />
Nichols combines an open and welcoming personality, contagious sense of humor and astute head<br />
for business that has propelled her to be consistently approached as an expert in personal and<br />
business branding and being the CEO of YOU. Her commitment to the success of others shines<br />
through every conversation, and the most common phrase during any meeting is, “What can I do<br />
for you?”<br />
Nancy Schneid<br />

Prior to founding her own consulting business, Nancy served as Executive Vice President/<br />
Chief Brand Officer for OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc., where she led the brand and marketing<br />
efforts for Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s, Flemings, Roy’s, Bonefish Grill, and others. She was<br />
instrumental in the overall growth of OSI as their original Director of Marketing for Outback<br />
Steakhouse, and helped grow the business to 1400 restaurants in 50 states and 21 countries.<br />
and served on the corporate Board of Directors from 1994-2004. In 2006, Nancy’s launched<br />
her consultancy business, and OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc. came on board as her first client.<br />
In addition to advancing OSI’s successful branding initiatives, Nancy partnered with Outback<br />
founder Chris Sullivan to develop Carmel Café and Wine Bar, pioneering the use of Menu Pad<br />
technology. Nancy is an in-demand consultant, advising small and large companies on business and<br />
marketing strategy and brand development, and serves as an Advisory Board member for World<br />
of Beer and Front Burner Brands. Ongoing clients include Laser Spine Institute, Paul Fleming’s<br />
Restaurant Group and others. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nancy has a<br />
strong commitment to giving back to her community. She currently is a member of the University<br />
of South Florida’s Foundation Board of Directors and is a Founding member of USF Women in<br />
Leadership and Philanthropy, where she has established two fully-endowed scholarships and serves<br />
as a committed volunteer leader and impactful mentor. Nancy has developed many major local<br />
and national charitable and community fundraisers and activities over the years including Dine<br />
Out for America, a nationwide industry effort that raised over 30 million dollars for the victims of<br />
September 11. A proud graduate of the University of South Florida, Nancy is committed to the ethic<br />
of leading with values, principles, and hard work, and always being proud of the integrity of the<br />
relationships she builds and the work ethos she accomplishes.<br />
