• A bachelor’s degree; preferably an advanced degree in philanthropy, business, marketing, etc. • Five to ten years of development leadership or related experience • Commitment to KARM core values • A demonstrated record of achievement leading others and raising money through traditional and nontraditional channels • Strong marketing sense Compensation consists of a competitive base salary dependent on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
