We arrive at ―the end of the world‖ - - and it‘s closed! … Mom & I were planning on staying a few days in this lighthouse hotel, but it turns out the lighthouse is not open in the winter months (we just missed its last open day this year) … This was a bit disappointing for us both at first (those darned expectations), and yet we were blessed by finding an amazing hostel/B&B later that afternoon. ―I used to want a perfect ending. And yet now I‘ve learned that some poems don‘t rhyme, and some stories don‘t have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, about choosing to change, about taking the moment and making the best of it, without having to know what‘s going to happen next.‖ ~ inspired by Gilda Radner 265
