Tourism Management
In
Model Village Development through
Buddha Economics Perspective
1. Agro Beginning:
Management all talk about
and many writers written books
on the subjects now becoming the
source to know it but how to go
on practice there seems not much
the effort successfully applied in
the real field. People say all must
go on having their perfection on
quality performance with honest
and right attitude. But what the
honesty that forms right attitude
becoming the matter of far
distance for the present day's
society becoming the matters to be
realized. Therefore, management
is indeed a practical matter that
has to be generated and send
it to the practical field
instead keeping all the
techniques in the books.
In the nature
there everywhere
find different types of
resources that all could
be utilized through the
practice of management
making them all use for
the society. Buddha also
gone to the jungle to
look some more things
get how all could be
used for the happiness
of human beings. He
managed himself in the
scarcities of all things
that were much of the need to
be survived; even he himself put
in great trouble. If all put their
attention to Buddha and his life
there he devoted for happiness
for the people that may assure
peace in the world. The reason
why the management concept for
Shiva Adhikari
this time must go on looking how
to manage the resources for the
benefits making them reach to
the people in equal basis.
2. Management of Tourism
Tourism is one of the fertile
sector needs to be managed
carefully. If all involve actively
working for the promotion of
tourism then only the economy
of the country get smoothly
forwarding providing every
opportunity for employment to the
youths so that they would never
get time even to think about to
leave Nepal for looking better job.
Then only the creativity in youths
generates various economic
aspects for every change in the
village that finally stands with
Model Village in every part of the
country.
Management becomes
active in every sectors of human
involvement even that could not
be felt right there it is. At the very
beginning the family is rightly
standing as a main source
of management. Because
family governs different
sections automatically
are: finance, food and
sanitation, supply,
education, travel and
tourism, and so many
seen as the same find in
the government body of
the country. Therefore,
a family in the society is
the right place of starting
management activities
then that the same goes
to the business and
other governing sectors
broadly with systematic
formation of model as per the
need of the organization.
Management of tourism is
one of the parts that activates
purposefully keeping all the
attention of the visitors how
they could be satisfied. In Nepal
here are many possibilities of
tourism development but the
need of proper management of
infrastructures and other facilities
to be given to the tourists. Because
tourism is the largest industry in
Nepal and also it is a big source
of foreign exchange income that
has been supporting significantly
to the GDP of the country. It's
because here are about more than
15 Himalayan Picks more than of
8 thousand height and ranges of
the high mountains including the
highest one is the Mr. Everest so
that Nepal becoming 'the hotspot
destination for mountaineers,
rock climbers and people seeking
adventure'. Then again the culture
and religion of Hindu and Buddha
are the major factors to attract
the tourists in every part of the
country. Therefore we have to
manage tourism industries with
due care dealing with the visitors,
keeping them all in safe travelling
as per the need making longer the
stay by providing them all comfort
surely turns positively rewarding
a lot of benefit to the people and
nation as well.
3. Agro-tourism Management
Management of Agro-tourism
in Nepal becomes major one
reaches everywhere contributing
a lot to promote the socioeconomic
status of people by
providing employment and other
various opportunities that raises
the living standard of the people
even in the remote part where
the program of the government
not been easily reached. Agro
tourism now becomes the right
way to start industries even from
the small hut in the rural villages
all over but needs there the
management to attract tourists
to stay in the home of the people.
Therefore agro tourism must go
on extending even to the remote
parts there the tourist from the
rich countries could experiences
by living with the community.
With their stay they spent to live
and enjoying buying food will
be the major or direct source of
income for the low level of farm
families intending to obtain higher
standards of living through various
income generating activities.
Agro tourism management
is to manage the living of the
people in the villages, receiving
guest from different cultures
from abroad. If so happen in rural
parts tourist can enjoy with the
primordial society how they all are
living with the source using from
agriculture. With the promotion
of agro-tourism there people
from rural parts also may have the
opportunity to lean new skill from
the tourists visiting to them. They
may learn language, educate with
new ways, learn new techniques
of organic farming, promote their
culture with right attention, and
so many positive impacts could be
the major foundation for national
development indeed.
Tourists in the villages they
can have food picking themselves
from the farm, milking the cows to
make tea, cook themselves with
the farmers and so many behaviors
of the rural people they may learn
and enjoy through rural tourism.
In the process of management
of agro-tourism there some of the
dangers that could be said the
dark part also must need to be
carefully tackled. Because tourists
may hamper to the society
through their culture, worst
behaviors, and many that we are
experiencing from Christianities
spreading all over the country
becoming rightly negative impact
for the promotion and the
development of the society so far.
Therefore, we have to be careful
in management of agro-tourism
in the villages.
4. Model Village Development
Nepalese are so nice to
provide hospitability to the guest
that the tourists may experience
and learn from them in any parts
of Nepal. Here are Himalayas
looking right below from living
in the villages to the mountain
becoming the tourists who are
so interested to enjoy reaching
there and staying long. Again
natural greeneries, fauna and
flora are many of the kinds could
be experiences in every part that
are not found in the cities of the
country. So, the government now
must go on promoting manpower
through Rural Entrepreneurship
Development Program (REDP) in
