Závit na kuželovém šroubu lehce potřete tukem.<br />
Apply light grease on threads of conical<br />
screw.<br />

Důkladně očistěte držák, kužel, rovinnou<br />
plochu a řezný kroužek � žádný<br />
tuk. U řezných kroužků > Ø 80 mm<br />
potřete kužel lehce tukem.<br />
Poloha unášecích kolíků je vyznačena<br />
červeně.<br />
Clean holder, taper, grinding surfaces and Cutting Ring thoroughly<br />
� free of grease.<br />
For Cutting Rings > Dia. 80 mm taper must be slightly greased.<br />
The position of the drive pins are marked red.<br />
Před utažením a nastavením dorazte řezný<br />
kroužek proti směru obrábění na unášecí<br />
kolíky.<br />
Before tightening and adjusting turn<br />
the Cutting Ring against the direction of<br />
machining until hitting the drive pin.<br />
Průměr lze vzhledem k nestejnému úhlovému dělení<br />
měřit jen u označených břitů!<br />
The diameter can only be measured at the marked<br />
cutting edges due to unequal angular position!<br />
Dbejte označení na pouzdru a řezném<br />
kroužku. Vyrovnejte chladicí a mazací<br />
otvory.<br />
Please observe the marking on holder<br />
and Cutting Ring, check alignment<br />
of the coolant bores.<br />
Nastavte průměr do středu<br />
tolerančního pole.<br />
Adjust the diameter to the<br />
middle of the tolerance.<br />
Matici našroubujte na držák broušenou<br />
plochou proti pouzdru. Pomocí kuželového<br />
šroubu namontujte řezný kroužek..<br />
Screw the nut onto the holder with the<br />
smooth face against the bush. Mount the<br />
Cutting Ring with the conical screw.<br />

Po dotažení kuželového šroubu zkontrolujte,<br />
zda je mezi pouzdrem a kroužkem vůle.<br />
Kuželový šroub utáhněte podle tabulky.<br />
After fastening the conical screw check that<br />
there is space between bush and ring.<br />
Fasten conical screw according to index table.<br />

Měření průměru.<br />
Jestliže byl nastaven příliš velký průměr, musíte<br />
kroužek úplně vymontovat a začít znovu!<br />
Measure the diameter.<br />
If the diameter was set too big the ring must be<br />
removed completely and the procedure must be<br />
started all over again!<br />
