INDEPENDENCE DAY
On the occasion of Independence Day, Vishnu Cultural and Literary Club
conducted various competitions in essay writing, drawing and painting under
the guidance of VCLC coordinators Dr. D.Ravishankar and Mr P. Chandra
Gangadhar on August 10 and 11, 2016. All the students of B.Sc. and B.Com.
took part with great ardor. Ms. M. Navya Surekha of II M.P.Cs. and Ms. Ch.
Ramya Bharathi of II M.S.Cs. secured first and second place respectively in
Telugu essay writing competition. Ms. V. Sridharee of I MB.BT.BC, Mr. P.
Bharadwaj of II B.Com. and Ms. Y. Ramya Sri of I M.E.Cs.(B) received first,
second and third prizes respectively in English essay writing competition.
Mr. P. Bharadwaj of II B.Com. and Ms. Y. Ramya of I MPC stood first and second
in Drawing. Ms. K. Mani Deepika of II BT.BC.C. and Ms. G. Vandana of II
MB.BT.BC. got first and second positions respectively in Painting.
VANGUARDS
What can you expect from a student at the age of 17? Probably you would say
that this is an age where everything seems only for joy, an age which brings out
all the mischief in an individual, an age of dreams, an age of recklessness. But
the actions of BVRICE students spoke a different story. During Krishna
Pushkaras, duty of most of the police of Bhimavaram was shifted to
Vijayawada. 12 August onwards, from 4pm to 9pm every day, BVRICE students
controlled the traffic. With the T-shirts of Vishnu Logo, a whistle in their
mouth and their hand movements to control the traffic made everyone
astonished. They did a great job and were admired by everyone. Their job was
not limited to Bhimavaram. They even extended their duties working at Undi
and Akividu. By contributing to the welfare of the society these BVRICE
students proved themselves as responsible citizens. They have laid an
inspirational path for others.

Passed out) got placed in various
companies
10 students got placed in Dr.Reddys
Laboratories Ltd , out of these, seven were
B.Pharm graduates and the rest are B.Sc
graduates .
Department as QC chemist. Out of them
seven are B.Pharm graduates and the rest
are B.Sc graduates.
Recruitments were also carried out for
regular students .Two students got placed
in STARTECH laboratories which was
conducted on 8th August 2016.

Sri K. V. Vishnu Raju, Chairman-SVES along

and Dr. S. Sundarrajan, Director, Sri Vishnu
Educational Society, inaugurated Cone Beam
Computed Tomogram (CBCT) at Oral
Medicine & Radiology department on 15 July
2016.

One got placed in RA Chem Pharma Ltd as
Bio Analyst.
International yoga day: Vishnu Dental College
Celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June
2016. As a part of this program health benefits of
practicing yoga were explained, demonstrated
Surya Namaskara and few diet tips were given to
keep our body active throughout the day.
