Woman River Camp sits on the shore
of Little Bear Lake, part of the Woman
River Chain of Lakes. 55km northeast of
Ear Falls, off the beaten path.

Our main camp has 9 housekeeping
cabins. The cabins are fully modern,
clean, and comfy. We also have boat-in
outposts on Woman and Confederation
Lakes.
The Woman River Chain of Lakes is
easy to navigate and well protected
on the windiest of days. Walleye is a
favourite catch. Excellent populations
of Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass,
Perch, and Lake Trout are also caught.
For more adventure take a portage trip
to one of our many remote lakes.
Our fishing boats are well maintained,
reliable and safe. Guests who prefer to
fish out of their own boat are welcome
to bring it along. Electricity on the dock.
Woman River Camp also offers hunting
trips for Moose, Black Bear, Grouse,
& Timber Wolf. Our remote location
graces us with lots of wildlife. To hunt
or view, either way, they’re cool to see!
Come relax and unwind, enjoy our great
Canadian hospitality. Wet a line, catch
some fish. Have a shorelunch.
A little further as you continue north, 100
km (60 miles) on Highway 105 you will arrive
in Ear Falls. Ear Falls offers hundreds of
kilometres of shoreline with stunning scenery
ranging from sandy beaches and islands to
secluded bays and miles of treeline. Due
to its location on famous Lac Seul, Ear Falls
ensures an adventure enthusiast’s ultimate
outdoor experience.
Home to the largest returning nesting
populations of Bald Eagles in North America,
Ear Falls promises an opportunity to see
and capture a photograph of these majestic
birds.
Ear Falls offers a variety of services
including grocery stores, restaurants, bars,
laundromat, service stations as well as
excellent medical clinic and ambulance
services that also serve Perrault Falls.
