Our Talent Development team matches high calibre candidates with<br />
apprenticeship, internship and job opportunities in a variety of sectors. We provide<br />
support and guidance to students throughout the recruitment process and their<br />
work placements.<br />
City of London Business Traineeship<br />
(CBT) Programme<br />
The Brokerage has managed the City of London Business Traineeship (CBT)<br />
Programme on behalf of the City of London Corporation for 16 years. The<br />
award-winning programme gives state educated, ambitious and talented young<br />
residents from City-fringe boroughs the chance to undertake paid internships with<br />
City employers.<br />
Internships last between 6 and 13 weeks and are paid at a minimum of London<br />
Living Wage to ensure that all students, regardless of background, have enough<br />
financial stability to support themselves while working.<br />
The programme opens many doors for talented young people who may not<br />
otherwise have the means or opportunities to access a career in the City.<br />
